    GENERAL POSITION OVERVIEW

    The actual account receivable (A/R) activities of company

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

    • -Daily reconciliation and confirmation of A/R receipt data
    • 1. Report Difference on time before closing
    • 2. Monitoring of returned check/wires and notify A/R dept.
    • 3. On time update and report
    • -Create receipt for company A/R (Freight/ Detention/ Demurrage/ Rebilling/ Other charges)
    • 1. Create and organized daily BANK receipt (Wire/ ACH/ Walk-in Deposit), and create receipt in the system
    • 2. Check and organize daily CHECK from the customer and create receipt in the system
    • 3. Recording of banking transaction in COMPASS and SAP system correctly
    • -Management of suspense receipt
    • -Management of VIP refund process
    • 1. Verify VIP refund amount with tariff of Service Contract
    • 2. Report verification list & approval documents from HMM portal website to approvers
    • 3. Request VIP refund to Accounting

    QUALIFICATIONS ESSENTIAL SKILLS

    • Proven working experience as Accounts Receivable and manage outstanding balances and financial records
    • Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets (advanced Excel skills - pivot tables, v lookups) and accounting software (ERP or SAP)
    • Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills.
    • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • College education graduate preferred but not required.
    • Bilingual preferred (Korean) but not required.
    • Preferred at least 2 years of experience in Account Receivable but not required

    KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

    • Ability to read, analyze and interpret A/R system data and program
    • Verbal and written communication skills, and good computer aptitude (excel, word, power point, outlook)
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate with surrounding team members

    ENVIRONMENT / EQUIPMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    • Work performed in an office environment where the noise level is moderate. Regularly required to stand, sit, and walk around the office. Frequently required to work on a computer. Occasionally required to use force to lift, push and pull up to 20 pounds.
