    SUMMARY: The Client Experience and Marketing Intern is responsible for assisting the Marketing Campaign Manager team with many components of the institution's marketing program. You will have the opportunity to gain insight into the financial services industry while gaining valuable hands-on marketing experience.

     

     

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    • Review and update Marketing Asset Database with collateral and inventory
    • Provide research around financial industry trends and best practices for digital and social campaigns
    • Assist with campaign and data analysis
    • Act as project manager for various marketing requests and campaigns
    • Facilitate updates to webpages via multiple content management platforms.
    • Provide support to Campaign Managers as needed

     

     

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

     

    • Available 15-20 hours per week
    • Full-time undergraduate or graduate student in good academic standing
    • Strong writing and communication skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Knowledge of the US military; prior military service, or current ROTC enrollment a plus

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Education/Experience:

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Two years in a clinical environment with data processing/specimen handling experience. A.S degree preferred or an equivalent demonstration of education and experience.  Graduate of heath/ medical assistant or similar training program from an accredited institution where general laboratory technique is taught. Must meet CLIA 88 personnel requirements for moderate complexity testing.

         

    Language Ability:

    Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English. Ability to write simple correspondence in English.  Ability to effectively present information to one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

              

    Math Ability:

    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

       

    Reasoning Ability:

    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Must have the ability to perform all duties with accuracy and attention to detail

      

    Computer Skills:

    Ability to use Laboratory Information System in addition to various other software programs.
