    TRI POINTE ASSURANCE IS LOOKING FOR AN ENERGIC, DETAIL ORIENTATED, COMPUTER SAVVY INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN OUR TALENTED GROUP AS A CENTRALIZED ESCROW PROCESSOR IN OUR SCOTTSDALE OFFICE.

      

    POSITION HIGHLIGHTS: The Escrow Processor is responsible for opening and updating contracts received through a centralized work queue. Striving to meet established production levels throughout a multi-state organization. Maintaining open lines of communication with escrow branch, title department and builder regarding questions and/or potential issues.

     

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Monitor work queues for contracts, addendums, final sales recaps, fee requests, etc.
    • Distribution of Title commitments, “Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions" (or CC&RS) and trailing documents sent to all parties
    • Ordering of Homeowners Association (HOA) Statements in connection with Division calendars
    • Receipt of all incoming funds
    • Disbursement of funds once authorization is given
    • General processing of escrow files
    • Other duties as assigned

     

     

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • Ability to type 40+ WPM (test will me administered)
    • Strong Microsoft Office and title software applications preferred
    • Escrow processing experience a plus but not required
    • Effective communication, presentation, and organization skills

    Required Skills Required Experience

  • Qualifications

    The Regulatory Compliance Testing Manager has comprehensive and expert knowledge of compliance laws and regulations, federal and state credit union regulations, industry practices, and banking products. The following are also preferred:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in a business or legal discipline;
    • At least 8+ years’ experience in a depository financial institution with at least 6 years’ experience in a compliance role;
    • Ability to think intuitively and strategically so that the department is enabled to anticipate, plan, and effectively execute to mitigate compliance risk.
    • Highly developed managerial, communications, analytical, organizational, and strategic planning skills.  Ability to take decisive action.
    • Must be able to evaluate and solve problems from multiple perspectives. 
    • Previous experience leading a team or previous management experience preferred;
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
    • CRCM certification or equivalent preferred.
