Responsibilities: • Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals to ensure fair and competitive pricing • Advertise vacancies, obtain referrals from current tenants, show units, and showcase advantages of locations and services to help obtain new tenants • Contract with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting and refunding security deposits to facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes • Resolve tenant complaints to satisfaction and in accordance with our high quality of property standards • Maintain vendor relationships, implement budgets and coordinate on-site operations to ensure smooth operation of the property • Monitor all new prospects and incorporate findings into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Demonstrable skills in negotiation and selling • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office • Comfortable working with and learning new tech, as we are cloud-based Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
