    Job Summary

    We are seeking a dynamic Property Manager to join the team at our successful property management company. The Property Manager is responsible for directly managing all aspects of residential properties. As a successful Property Manager, your goals are to maintain high occupancy rates, maximize profitability, and maintain a high level of satisfaction for both the property owner and tenant.     Responsibilities

    Answering calls when the Managing Director is unavailable

    Assisting homeowners with basic questions regarding their Association’s governing documents

    Assisting homeowners with using their homeowner’s portal

    Assisting with preparation of Re-Sale Certificates and Condo Questionnaires

    Entering violations of Rules and Regulations and sending notices

    Assisting with sending delinquency notices

    Tracking architectural review and work order requests

    Organizing proposals for Association maintenance

    Maintaining homeowner and rental directories

    Qualifications

    Proven working experience in property management

    High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred

    Property Management or Real Estate License preferred

    Deep understanding of real estate law and leasing practices

    Up-to-date on the local real estate market

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills

    Experience with property management software preferred

    Confidently able to operate a computer, management software (Vantaca), Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and e-mail (Outlook)

    Excellent written and verbal communication

    Strong organizational skills

    Ability to work under limited supervision
