About the Role:
Westport Properties is looking for a motivated and organized HOA Property Manager to join our growing team in Bloomington, MN. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of community relationships, oversee daily operations, and make a real impact for homeowners and associations alike. Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for HOA boards and homeowners, addressing inquiries and resolving disputes
Oversee day-to-day community operations including maintenance, vendor coordination, and inspections
Prepare and manage annual budgets, reserve funds, and financial reporting for assigned associations
Coordinate and attend HOA board meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes
Ensure community compliance with CC&Rs, bylaws, and local ordinances
Solicit bids, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors
Process violations, delinquencies, and architectural review requests in a timely manner
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in HOA or community association management
Strong knowledge of HOA governing documents, budgeting, and compliance
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency in property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Share Point, Microsoft)
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple communities simultaneously
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
