We are partnering with a reputable home builder in the Orlando market that is in search of local HOA Specialist a their team is growing they are adding on an additional HOA Coordinator and a HOA Manager. 

You will be responsible for: 

• HOA and community management processes and functions
• Working with Legal Counsel to draft and record all HOA Declaration, Articles of Incorporation, and Bylaws
• Communicate with Management Company for the build out and maintenance of the community
• Provides approvals for all improvement requests
• Negotiates and approves Management Company contracts
• Create, manage, and fully transition all HOA’s
• Manage community common area and amenity services; establish, re-evaluate, manage scope of work, contracts, and field issues
• Coordinate preparation of HOA budgets; establish and monitor fiscal practices and policies
