    Position Summary:

    The General Manager / President will lead the overall operations and strategic direction of the company. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in property management, business development, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring the highest levels of tenant satisfaction. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the GM/President will play a critical role in shaping the company's future.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's vision and objectives, driving sustainable growth.
    • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring operational excellence across all facets of property management.
    • Financial Oversight: Manage the company's financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure profitability and financial health.
    • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expand market presence, and enhance the company's portfolio.
    • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve excellence in property management, customer service, and operational efficiency.
    • Stakeholder Relations: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including property owners, investors, tenants, and community leaders.
    • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, while effectively managing risk.
    • Technology and Innovation: Embrace and integrate technology and innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and tenant experience.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications are preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience in property management, real estate, or a related industry.
    • Proven track record of driving growth, operational excellence, and financial performance.
    • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Deep understanding of the property management industry, market trends, and regulatory environment.
