We are currently seeing motivated individuals to become Upgrade Specialists at HODLA Motors, LLC.

No previous automotive experience?  No problem.  Do you have a customer service experience with the ability to learn new information quickly?  How about a self-starter mentality?  We are looking for individuals who have previous experience in hospitality as a bartender, waitress, concierge, etc.  We will train you to be a success and help you grow a career in automotive.

The Upgrade Specialist will support customers from the moment they arrive onsite. Our assistants are on the front lines and responsible for warmly welcoming our new owners for delivery day, greeting them with a smile and offering hospitality. We have one of the most reliable vehicles ever made, and we’re looking for positive and reliable team members to help deliver an equally reliable delivery experience for our valued customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES: May include but are not limited to:

• Welcome customers to Honda of Downtown Los Angeles and create a warm greeting upon check in. Answer first level delivery related questions
• Conduct direct deliveries from dealership to customer homes or workplaces
• Conduct vehicle orientations
• Provide the highest level of customer service to all current and future owners on delivery day to ensure satisfaction and a great customer experience
• Monitor inbound vehicle logistics and on-site vehicle inventory
• Be proactive, professional, personal, and passionate
• Work closely with other employees to ensure smooth transitions for customers toward a successful delivery appointment

REQUIREMENTS Customer service experience required

• Proven ability to work well under pressure and with a diverse range of personalities
• Evidence of a strong team mentality and reliability
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to grow into a mastery of all Honda products and services, and the ability to keep up with automotive industry trends and local incentives
• Evidence of enthusiasm and passion about accelerating the customer delivery experience
• Ability to use technology (iOS, Windows, etc)
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable and safe driving record
