  • Responsibilities

    Great opportunity exists for a Recruiter to join an outstanding team of professionals and work in a mission driven agency!  We are seeking someone experienced in talent acquisition for effective, efficient, and timely recruitment of highly qualified team members.  

    • Partners with hiring managers to review job requirements and strategy for success
    • Sources, recruits, screens, and interviews applicants
    • Utilizes both traditional and creative recruitment strategies to ensure that hiring managers are presented with a diverse pool of qualified candidates
    • Coaches managers in effective screening, interviewing, and selection techniques
    • Proactively identifies creative recruitment strategies for hard to fill positions
    • Ensures all pre-employment background checks are completed
    • Conducts New Hire Orientation
    • Enters new hire information into KRONOS HRIS system
    • Assists with other HR tasks/projects

    Required Experience

    • 3+ years experience in human resources with at least 2 years of high volume recruitment                                         
    • Prior experience healthcare and/or not for profit strongly preferred
    • Demonstrated success in identifying high-quality, talented candidates through targeted, highly-effective recruitment strategies and campaigns
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and on-line applicant tracking system
    • Experience with behavioral interviewing and knowledge of employment laws
    • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
