Prepares special purchase requisitions in timely, accurately manner.

Screens requisitions and selects appropriate vendor for purchase.

Processes issues and disbursements efficiently and error free.

Identifies and corrects errors detected on daily receiving report listing.

Performs record updates for the MMIS efficiently.

Provides satisfactory assistance to customer inquiries.

Processes credit and returns accurately.

Updates online ordering to meet customer requests.

Performs other miscellaneous duties assigned by the Assistant Director and/or Director MM

Required Skills

Minimum Education: High School graduate.

Required Experience

Minimum Work Experience: Twelve to eighteen month's experience working with patient care supplies and equipment is preferred, either in central supply, surgery, or patient care area. An ability to communicate well and handle clerical control systems is also required. An understanding of the use/purpose of supplies and equipment is highly desirable.

Minimum Education: High School graduate.
