  • Responsibilities

    We are currently seeking a Consultant to join our team.  As a Consultant, you are responsible for working independently on project tasks with periodic supervision to scope work and develop project approach and project work plans with clients and prospects to generate new business opportunities.

    • Completes projects for consulting offerings, like Workplace Strategy, Real Estate Planning, Facilities Strategies, Master Planning and/or Change Management.
    • Works on several project assignments with various location teams at any given time.
    • Typically performs complex analysis tasks and problem solving on projects (e.g. workplace observation surveys, functional relationship analysis, highest and best use studies, supply and demand, utilization analysis, cross over analysis, stacking & blocking, migration schedules, project schedules, site and zoning analysis, code analysis, organizational analysis, workplace activity analysis, personnel forecast, space type analysis, density analysis, space inventory, efficiency ratios, capacity models, strategic facilities and master planning.)
    • Facilitates the integration of findings and analysis into the planning, architecture, and interior design process.
    • Develops, prepares, and makes project presentations to small client groups and client managers.
    • Develops and presents analysis, findings, or reports to project teams in a clear and concise manner.
    • Supports marketing pursuits, including preparing leave behind and qualification packages.
    • Assists in preparation of proposals, including project approach and definition of deliverables.

    Required Skills

     

    • Knowledge and ability to use analytical and problem-solving techniques.
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably Power BI.
    • Proficiency in Revit and Affinity or Adobe Suite.
    • Strong data analysis and spreadsheet capabilities are essential components, accuracy and precision are a must.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, technical writing is a plus.
    • Ability to complete tasks and produce deliverables independently or with limited guidance.

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor or Master’s degree in architecture, real estate, interior or planning.

    • 3 to 7 years of previous experience, including experience in multiple building types, and experience in two or more consulting service offerings.

    • Travel may be required

    • Overtime may be required
