  • Responsibilities

    Great opportunity to work in the Human Services field and make a difference! This is an entry level position. Full paid training is provided! In this program, adults with mental health challenges share a home in the community. Our residential staff supports them to reach their goals by teaching them daily living skills to move them toward independence, assists with symptom management, and improve their quality of life!

    $2,000 Sign-on Bonus for full-time! Variety of Schedules Available $17.50/hour

    Join our team and play an essential role in enabling others to live as actively and independently as possible!

    Responsibilities include:

    • Teaching daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, and social skills
    • Implementing treatment plans that assist with reaching goals or symptom management
    • Administering medications
    • Transporting to doctor's appointments and social activities
    • Using an electronic health record system for client notes
