    This position is expected to develop, analyze and report on various performance metrics at the Agency Owner (AO), Career Track Agency (CTA), Division, and Company level.  Create and modify required sales and agency development forecasts. Prepare forward-looking forecasts based on historical data.  They will work closely with the Sales Leadership Team (SLT) to prepare, monitor and report on budgets and financing plans needed to effectively grow the agencies.  In addition to having the necessary skills and experience to excel in this role, we are seeking an individual who is highly organized and responsive, is able to see the bigger picture while staying find-tuned to the details.  The individual should be able to masterfully juggle multiple priorities and is an innovative thinker.  Individual must be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally to Agency Owners and Agency Builders to institute financial plans.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Prepare and analyze financial projections, budgets and complex modeling to facilitate further analysis and dialogue with the SLT
    • Prepare both recurring and ad-hoc reports and analyzing complex data relationships using advanced technical and Excel skills
    • Track, analyze and report sales data, financial results and trends
    • Prepare recurring and periodic reports to support necessary analysis
    • Analysis of various financial accounts and positions
    • Communicate directly with AO’s and AB’s to develop effective business and financing plans and reduce same to writing for execution.
    • Communicate directly with Agent Licensing, Agent Commissions to put plans in place, monitor activities and report outcomes
    • Hire, train and manage staff as growth in the department dictates
    • Educate AO’s and AB’s on agency financing, the effective use of financial tools and effective planning techniques
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in business or math with some coursework in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Information Management, etc.
    • Minimum of 7 - 10 years of experience in related field or analyst role
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel), VBA/SQL Language, Access Database, IBM ShowCase, and KPI/Metrics Management a plus.
