ZU Worship Director (Part-Time) - Undergraduate and International Admissions

The ZU Worship Director is responsible for all aspects of the APU Worship Travel Team's development, including vision creation and strategic planning, as well as recruiting and mentoring student musicians and singers. This part-time position will involve significant collaboration with APU's VP of Enrollment Management, Admissions staff, Chapel Programs, School of Music, and student leaders. This role will also partner closely with the Office of Admissions to leverage worship events as a powerful ministry tool for student recruitment.

Primary Duties/Essential Functions
Leadership and Development
* Vision Creation and Strategic Planning: Define the vision, mission, and strategic goals for the APU Worship Travel Team (Zu Worship), aligning with the university's overall mission and strategic plan.
****Worship Leadership and Ministry
* Leadership and Mentorship: Provide spiritual leadership and mentorship to the worship team, fostering a culture of discipleship, prayer, and authentic worship.
Collaboration with Admissions and Enrollment
* Developing and Executing Recruitment Strategies: Partner with the Office of Admissions to develop and implement recruitment strategies that effectively reach prospective students through worship events.
