    JOB SUMMARY Perform various clerical tasks and provide administrative and staff support to the HR & Administration Department. Perform data entry on various administrative data base systems.  Assist in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports, and perform general administrative functions, to include data entry, photocopying, shredding and filing.  Will use the Internet and E-mail systems to retrieve information.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Clerical Support to HR/Administration personnel as required. 2. Assist in general filing, shredding, copying 3. Perform data entry of employee information and maintain reports. 4. Must be a US Person (US Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident)

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 1-3 years related experience and/or training.

    Credentials:

    Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or closely related field, or Associate degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or closely related field, and 2 years’ related experience.

    Certifications, Licenses, Registrations Valid state driver’s license; CPR/First Aid certifications.
