Aspire Health Alliance is helping to pioneer a new approach to behavioral health.  Aspire Health Alliance provides a continuum of care that is proactive, coordinated, available through multiple access points, and integrated with medical care.  We are currently looking for a dedicated RN or LPN who wants to make a difference in the lives of Adults who are facing mental health challenges. We have opening​s in our Respite program ​in Weymouth, Community Crisis Stabilization Unit ​in Quincy also in Adult Community Crisis Stabilization in Braintree.

The Respite program provides temporary short-term, community based clinical and rehabilitative services that enable individuals to live in the community as fully and independently as possible.

The Crisis Stabilization Unit is an integral part of the Aspire Health Alliance's emergency services, provides a stabilizing alternative to hospitalization with a focus on retaining connections to family and community to an intensely supervised outpatient setting.  

The Adult Community Crisis Stabilization program works with over 400 individuals in the community, providing support and encouragement so that they can live their best lives. Referrals are received directly from the Department of Mental Health, and individuals reside either in the community or in one of our residential settings.

RN OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE:

2 full time openings:

1. 40 hrs. ACCS, Mon-Fri days = $2,000 Sign-on-bonus
2. 40 hrs. Respite Mon-Fri days=$2,000 Sign-on-bonus

LPN OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE:

1. 16hr, Stabilization Unit LPN: Saturday 3-11pm and Sunday 7am-3pm
2. Per Diem Stabilization Unit LPN opportunities also available
3. 40hr, Stabilization Unit LPN: Sunday through Thursday 3pm-11pm=$2,500 Sign-on bonus

LPN shift differentials for Stabilization Unit position are: 

• 7a – 11p (Sat & Sun only) = Base + $1.00
• 11p – 7a (ANY day of the week) = Base + $2.00

Required Skills

• RN licensure (BSN preferred) or LPN Certification required
• Must have a valid driver’s license, access to own car and a safe driving record for possible transportation of clients to appointments or programs

Required Experience

• One-year experience in an acute mental health and/or dual diagnosis setting (preferred)
• Familiarity with recovery oriented treatment for severe mental illness (preferred)
