Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support to individuals in need of assistance. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily activities and personal care. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional care while ensuring the safety and well-being of those you serve.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Monitor and document patient vital signs and overall health status.

Prepare meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.

Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients through regular cleaning tasks.

Support clients with mobility needs, including the use of Hoyer lifts when necessary.

Engage clients in social activities and encourage participation in community events.

Provide specialized care for individuals with conditions such as Alzheimer’s, dementia, or developmental disabilities.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Qualifications

Previous experience in caregiving, home health, or assisted living environments is preferred.

Knowledge of first aid and CPR is essential; certification is a plus.

Strong patient observation skills to recognize changes in client health status.

Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with physical mobility needs.

Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
