About the Role:

FELIHEAL Home Healthcare Services is urgently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to step into a Director of Nursing (DON) leadership role in Chester, NJ. Responsibilities:

Oversee and direct all clinical nursing operations for home healthcare services

Supervise, mentor, and evaluate field nursing staff and home health aides

Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency regulations and standards of care

Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate services

Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transitions of care in a home health setting

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and oversee quality assurance initiatives

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey

Minimum 2–3 years of home health or home care nursing experience

Prior Director of Nursing (DON) or clinical supervisory experience preferred

Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home health regulations and compliance

Proficiency with clinical documentation and home health software systems

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

CPR certification and valid driver's license required
