Responsibilities:

Perform residential remodeling and renovation projects from start to finish

Execute rough and finish carpentry including framing, trim work, and cabinetry installation

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and project plans

Install doors, windows, flooring, and other structural or decorative elements

Collaborate with project leads and subcontractors to meet deadlines and quality standards

Ensure all work meets local building codes and safety regulations

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times

Requirements:

Proven experience in home remodeling, renovation, or finish/rough carpentry

Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment

Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Knowledge of local building codes and safety standards a plus
