LOCATION: ROSEVILLE, CA
CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:
- Minimum 3-years experience successfully Processing
- Knowledge of all types of loan programs including FHA, VA, conventional
- The ability to follow up and work with loan officers and clients on collecting conditions through doc drawing & funding
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment- we are busy
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Organization and attention to detail is a must
- Being flexible in an ever-changing environment
- Must be a pro-active
- Self-starter with a proven ability to manage a pipeline
- Orchestrate follow up systems
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines on a consistent basis
- Ability to communicate honestly and effectively with staff and originators and the public
- Work with experienced individuals as well as the ones who want to learn
- Customer Service is TOP PRIORITY and comes naturally
- Computer skills required for this position include intermediate/advanced MSWord, Excel, (e-mail and calendar) and Calyx POINT central mortgage origination software
