LOCATION: ROSEVILLE, CA CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:

• Minimum 3-years experience successfully Processing
• Knowledge of all types of loan programs including FHA, VA, conventional
• The ability to follow up and work with loan officers and clients on collecting conditions through doc drawing & funding
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment- we are busy
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Organization and attention to detail is a must
• Being flexible in an ever-changing environment
• Must be a pro-active
• Self-starter with a proven ability to manage a pipeline
• Orchestrate follow up systems
• Ability to multitask​
• Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines on a consistent basis
• Ability to communicate honestly and effectively with staff and originators and the public
• Work with experienced individuals as well as the ones who want to learn
• Customer Service is TOP PRIORITY and comes naturally
• Computer skills required for this position include intermediate/advanced MSWord, Excel, (e-mail and calendar) and Calyx POINT central mortgage origination software
