HORIBA Automotive Test Systems as a Division of HORIBA Instruments is the leading manufacture of vehicle and engine emission test systems throughout the world. As an engineering technology company, HORIBA is challenged to provide solutions to meet the requirements of OEM’s, related suppliers and regulatory agencies.  HORIBA Automotive Test Systems group is recruiting for Software Engineer based out of our Ann Arbor, MI office.

The qualified individual will be responsible for writing, designing, maintaining, testing and installing software to meet customer expectations. 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Bachelor’s degree in computer science, physics, electrical engineering or chemistry required.

·       Should have 5+ years’ experience of computer systems, systems analysis, program design, & coding application.

·       Must have a strong knowledge of RedHat Linux, SUSE Linux, language C, X-Windows, Motif programming, & real time process control.

·       Must have excellent organization and communications skills along with excellent attention to detail.

·       Must have strong technical writing skills.

·       Must be able to travel domestically & internationally.
