Job Title
Personnel Automation Section (PAS) (3 positions)
Position Summary
The PAS functions as a liaison between HRC and the installation. Addresses automation issues and provides possible solutions or feedback to the installation with technical and functional support. The PAS will provide oversight to Areas I, II, III, IV in the Republic of Korea.

- Camp Walker, South Korea– one (1) Assistant PAS
Job Responsibilities
- Perform electronic military personnel operations functions.
- Manage database accuracy and monitor personnel accountability.
- Manage HR systems account access and provide training.
- Have knowledge of US Army military HR systems required to provide military HR services and support (i.e. CITRIX, PERNET, EDAS, WebEdas, TOPMIS II, AIM2 and eMILPO, DAMPS-OCO-TCS, TRANSPROC, ISM (INPROC and OUTPROC), IPPS-A (not all inclusive) and any Korea specific military HR programs or programs required by the NEC).
- Abide by pertinent regulations and all applicable Federal and local installation laws, policy, or regulations.
- All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience within the last ten (10) years in military (US Army) Human Resources.
- In-depth knowledge of Army HR Systems, particularly eMILPO and IPPS-A.
- Must possess a favorably adjudicated Tier I security investigation (formerly National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI)).
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college is preferred.
- Alternates shall meet the same qualifications, criteria, and standards.

- Employees shall meet security background vetting requirements to be issued a Common Access Card. This includes ensuring the employee has a valid NACI (Tier 1) or DoD-equivalent background investigation submitted to OPM and, the completion of an FBI fingerprint check with the return of favorable results.

- Salary Range: Commensurate with experience and adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
