About the Role:

Ric's on 95th Sports Grill in Glendale, AZ is looking for a friendly and energetic Host to be the first face our guests see! If you love creating a welcoming atmosphere and thrive in a fast-paced sports bar environment, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival to create a positive first impression

Manage waitlists and seating charts to ensure efficient table turns

Communicate wait times accurately and professionally to guests

Coordinate with servers and floor staff to monitor table availability

Answer incoming phone calls and assist with reservations or general inquiries

Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area

Assist with to-go orders and curbside pickup as needed

Requirements:

Outgoing, friendly personality with strong customer service skills

Ability to stand for extended periods in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

Strong communication and multitasking abilities

Previous hosting or front-of-house restaurant experience preferred

Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
