Our mission requires that you make every attempt to make our guests feel welcome and appreciated. We want your energy and friendliness to show. It is absolutely essential that you maintain a high level of enthusiasm while serving our guests because that is what our guests deserve.
You are always in the public view. Therefore, your behavior should be pleasant, cheerful, and helpful at all times.
Your attitude has as much to do with your professional service as does your uniform, grooming and menu knowledge. In fact, a great attitude is necessary for truly outstanding service.
