Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Server to join our team at Hover Senior Living Community. The Server will be responsible for setting up dining areas, serving meals, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for residents. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Set up dining areas for meal service, including tables, chairs, and table settings
- Assist residents with menu selection and take food orders
- Serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure that residents are satisfied with their meals and address any concerns or dietary restrictions
- Clear tables and reset dining areas after meals
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures when handling food and serving residents
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area at all times
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate meal service
- Assist with special events and activities as needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in a food service or customer service role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation rules and regulations

This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday

Tentative start date: ASAP or whenever they can start
