    Job Description

    We are seeking a Payroll Administrator!

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Processing of weekly timesheets, job costing reports, check register, certified payroll, entries into accounting software, recordkeeping of all payroll documents.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 1+ year Payroll Administrative experience desired. Bookkeeping or accounting experience a plus.
    • Paylocity payroll program and Peachtree (Sage 50) accounting program a plus.
    • Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
    • Must be highly organized, team oriented, self-disciplined and a quick learner.
    • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
