You are the Club Lounge Concierge that greets each guest with a warm friendly smile. You are the person that knows everything about what the hotel has to offer, events in your community, recommend dining experiences, and will research any additional information for a guest upon request. You will go above and beyond to take care of and exceed guest expectations.

As Concierge, you will

Ensure that each guest day is off to start by providing attentive service and predicting their needs.

Seek opportunities to "Wow" your guest with your excellent service attitude.

Extend a warm welcome the guests in the evening with refreshing food and beverage offerings.

Maintain a clean and inviting hospitality area at all times.

Fundamental Requirements

High School Diploma. Prior front desk, concierge and/or food service experience is preferred. To be successful, you will need basic English communication skills. This job requires standing and walking 100% of the time, regularly bending, pushing, pulling, carrying, and the ability to perform repetitive motions for the entire shift. This job requires you to be able to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 10lbs. Other duties assigned by your supervisor. We administer pre-employment drug testing and background checks.
