Job Description

HR Acuity is seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Engagement Manager to join our team. The Enterprise Engagement Manager is a full-time position based in our Florham Park, NJ headquarters and will be responsible for leading the successful implementation of the HR Acuity solution for our largest clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Become an expert in the HR Acuity application and Implementation Methodology. 

·       Work closely with Fortune 500 Enterprise clients to customize and configure their HR Acuity site to maximize their ability to track, manage and proactively deal with all employee related issue.

·       Manage the implementation of multiple simultaneous projects.

·       Create and maintain project plans for clients to ensure success.

·       Act as the liaison between the clients and the product development team by sharing detailed product feature requirements and business analysis needs.

·       Provide guidance and mentoring to client on business process improvement, change management and best practices during implementation to ensure high success and full client adoption.

·       Ensure projects are properly planned and completed. Maintain complete documentation of process.

·       Work with the client project manager to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or timeframes.

·       Ensure the client takes advantage of HR Acuity best practices.

·       Demonstrate advanced competency in HR Acuity On-Demand software and train new users on the software functionality.

·       Lead the New User Adoption Program for new users including new user training and interactive follow up sessions.

·       Continue relationship with new clients through 90-day Adoption Period – culminating with hand-off to Account Management Team.

·       Ensure the client can serve as a reference upon completing their implementation.

·       Present client with change orders in the event they're asking HR Acuity to perform tasks that are outside the scope of the implementation SOW.

·       Improve and streamline the client implementation process.

·       Lead quarterly webinar training sessions with HR Acuity users.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

·       5+ years SaaS Implementation or Project Management experience. Experience managing implementations across Enterprise or Fortune 500 clients.

·       Demonstrated ability and willingness to quickly master a new system and process.

·       Experience delivering small classroom and webinar training sessions.

·       Ability to take initiative and work independently.

·       Excellent organization/prioritization, time management, and oral/written communication skills.

·       Strong relationship management skills

·       Previous experience with a major systems integrator and/or an enterprise software company.

·       Successful candidate has a balance of functional (business) and technical experience.

·       HR experience a plus.

·       Ability to travel when required to deliver client training. (<10% travel).
