Key Responsibilities
Manage daily HR operations and employee records
Handle onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation
Administer company policies, procedures, and HR compliance
Oversee attendance, leave management, and personnel files
Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR matters
Support performance management processes and employee evaluations
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations
Coordinate internal training, orientation, and HR initiatives
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters
Qualifications & Requirements
2+ years of experience in Human Resources
Strong understanding of HR policies, labor law, and compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and documentation skills
High level of discretion and integrity
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
