Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual HR/Admin Assistant who is fluent in both English and Mandarin. This role supports Human Resources and administrative functions, including employee onboarding, record keeping, office operations, and travel coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, responsible, and able to communicate effectively across languages.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Support:
Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
Assist with timekeeping, payroll preparation, and PTO tracking
Respond to employee inquiries about benefits and HR policies
Translate HR documents and communications as needed
Administrative Duties:
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general office communications
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
Prepare internal communications and documents in both English and Chinese
Schedule and coordinate meetings
Assist in planning employee events, trainings, and engagement activities
Arrange business travel for employees, including flight tickets, hotel reservations, and car rentals
Communicate travel details clearly to travelers in a timely manner
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or HR support role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic HR or booking systems

In-person
Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
