    The Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our HR functions. Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting employee experiences, managing administrative operations, and keeping our internal systems running smoothly.

    This is a full-time, in-person role ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn how business operations and human resources work together in a growing company. The right candidate brings a proactive mindset, an independent work style, and a polite, professional presence.

    Hours: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week

    Key Responsibilities:

    Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate setup and timely removal across internal systems

    Assist in managing employee benefits including insurance enrollments, changes, and terminations

    Serve as a resource for employees, answering questions related to health insurance and benefits programs

    Track and process Paid Time Off (PTO) requests and maintain accurate leave schedules

    Assist with payroll-related tasks such as child support and income withholding orders

    Maintain organized and up-to-date employee files (digital and physical)

    Perform light bookkeeping duties, including expense audits for company credit card accounts (e.g., AmEx, Home Depot, WEX)

    Support fleet management by updating vehicle expense logs and tracking maintenance

    Provide day-to-day administrative support across HR and general operations

    Skills & Qualifications:

    High school diploma required; associate’s degree preferred

    1–3 years of administrative experience OR recent college graduate with relevant coursework

    Familiarity with Google Drive, Microsoft Excel, and cloud-based tools

    Highly organized with strong attention to detail

    Self-starter with the ability to manage tasks independently and take initiative
