    Are you an organized, detail-oriented HR professional with a passion for people and process? We’re looking for a Human Resources Administrator to support our growing team with recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and HR compliance. This is a hands-on role where your work directly impacts employee experience and company culture.

    Position Overview

    The HR Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive support across HR functions, with a focus on recruiting, onboarding, payroll processing, and safety initiatives. This position requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage confidential employee information with the highest integrity.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
    * Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews
    
    * Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
    
    • Onboarding & New Hire Support
    * Prepare and manage new hire paperwork and system setup
    
    * Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation to set employees up for success
    
    • Payroll Administration
    * Process and review payroll accurately and on time using **Paylocity**
    
    * Address payroll questions, resolve discrepancies, and maintain payroll records
    
    • Safety & Compliance
    * Support safety initiatives, maintain compliance records, and track training completion
    
    * Assist in maintaining company compliance with HR policies and regulations
    
    • HR Support
    * Maintain accurate employee files and records
    
    * Assist with benefits administration and other HR projects as needed
    

    Qualifications

    • Required: Experience with Paylocity payroll system

    • 2+ years of experience in HR, payroll, or a related administrative role

    • Strong knowledge of onboarding processes, HR compliance, and recruiting best practices

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

    • Professional communication skills (written and verbal)

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
