    ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

    The Health Partnership seeks a motivated and organized Executive Assistant/Office Administrator team player who will oversee a variety of administrative tasks, providing the leadership and staff with adequate support to work effectively. Your role will primarily support the Executive Director and HR/Finance Director with Board and Leadership Team logistics.

    This Executive Assistant/Office Administrator role will also provide IT and administrative support to our Program Director and Managers. By overseeing a functional office environment you'll enable our team to work efficiently, contributing to health equity efforts in Northwest Colorado.

    This is an in-office position in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.

    ABOUT YOU

    We're looking for a candidate with a strong educational foundation, ideally holding a bachelor's degree in public health, social work, or human services, or five-plus years of relevant experience. You'll need technical skills in Microsoft Office, Box, and Google for task management. The role requires a valid Colorado driver's license and reliable vehicle access. Proof of a valid driver's license and sufficient insurance coverage is necessary. This Executive Assistant/Office Administrator role is for someone committed long term to making a difference in the community, with excellent communication skills in engaging with a diverse range of people, from community members to health professionals.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

    • Scheduling and logistics
    • Logging meeting minutes and action items
    • Supporting grant tracking and file management
    • Bookkeeping and minor accounting responsibilities
    • IT management and support
    • Administrative support to Program Director and Managers
