    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Human Resources Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will gather and report on qualitative and quantitative hiring and employment data, providing the company with valuable insights and maximizing the efficiency of our HR department. Your responsibilities will include mapping salary ranges, calculating retention and turnover rates, forecasting costs, and analyzing survey results. The ideal candidate is highly analytical with experience in both human resources and data analysis.

    Responsibilities

    Gather employment, compensation, and benefits data

    Map the salary ranges of open positions

    Calculate turnover and retention rates

    Analyze survey results and employee performance review information and report on findings

    Assist in the creation of hiring and training plans

    Collect and report on key recruiting metrics

    Forecast costs by department and participate in budget creation

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

    Previous experience as an HR Analyst or related position

    Experience using Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems

    Strong analytical and data analysis skills

    Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts and presentations

    Understanding of human resources operations including hiring, payroll, and employee benefits
