    About the Role

We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented HR Analyst & Contract Specialist to blend HR data analysis with contract drafting and management in a regulated, patient-facing environment. The ideal candidate is analytical, legally savvy, and comfortable handling confidential/PHI-adjacent information while partnering closely with Clinical Operations, Compliance, and Finance.

    Key Responsibilities

    Contract Drafting & Management

    • Draft, review, and maintain employment agreements (including clinical and non-clinical roles), incentive plans, and related addenda.

    • Ensure legal accuracy and alignment with labor laws, internal policies, and privacy/confidentiality standards.

    • Maintain up-to-date templates reflecting regulatory changes and organizational guidelines.

    HR Data Analysis

    • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data (e.g., hiring funnels, turnover by site/service line, time-to-start).

    • Build clear, visual dashboards/reports (Power BI or Excel) for leadership decision-making.

    • Provide actionable insights to improve recruitment, onboarding, and retention.

    Compliance & Risk Management

    • Interpret legal terminology; ensure documentation and workflows comply with applicable laws and privacy rules (e.g., HIPAA awareness).

    • Uphold strict confidentiality and accuracy across HR records.

    • Support checks and verifications typical of a regulated setting (e.g., license/credential tracking, exclusion lists), in coordination with Compliance.

    Collaboration & Support

    • Partner with HR, Clinical Ops, Compliance, and Finance to streamline processes.

    • Contribute to policy development and special HR projects, including initiatives impacting multi-site operations.

    Qualifications (Must-Haves)

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.

    • 3+ years in HR analytics and/or contract management within a highly regulated, service-delivery environment (experience supporting patient-facing teams is a strong plus).

    • Strong knowledge of employment law and legal terminology; HIPAA/privacy literacy and comfort working with sensitive data.

    • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and advanced Excel (lookups, pivots, complex formulas).

    • Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools (preferred).

    • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and polished written/verbal communication; proven discretion with confidential information.
