NOW HIRING: HR Assistant
Responsibilities of an HR Assistant:
Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, preparing job postings, and conducting background checks
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations
Support employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
Assist with employee onboarding in HHA exchange and our EMR Alora for documentation.
Help address employee inquiries and provide general HR support as needed
Prepare reports and assist with various HR projects
HR Assistant Qualifications:
Previous experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in Home healthcare or a long-term care setting
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and Must Be able to Pass Background check FBI, CHILD ABUSE CLEARANCE and PA PATCH
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus
