    Education & Experience Requirements

    High school diploma required; Associate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

    Must have Up to 2 years of HR experience (recruiting, onboarding, or HR administration).

    Bilingual English/Spanish required (written and verbal).

    Experience using Paylocity is strongly preferred.

    Key Responsibilities

    Recruit, interview, and assist in hiring qualified Personal Care Worker (PCW) candidates.

    Conduct or coordinate background checks and employment eligibility verification.

    Facilitate new hire orientation for PCWs.

    Maintain accurate, compliant PCW employment files.

    Schedule and coordinate employee training sessions.

    Support general HR administrative tasks and assist with document preparation.

    Answer and direct incoming phone calls.

    Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

    Assist with HR projects such as job fair coordination and process improvements.

    Document activities in the Electronic Health Record and payroll systems.

    Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

    Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).

    Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

    Experience using HRIS systems, including Paylocity.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Suite.

    General understanding of labor laws.

    Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

    Excellent communication skills—phone, email, and in-person.

    Ability to work independently, use sound judgment, and maintain discretion.

    High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

    Ability to build rapport and maintain positive working relationships.
