    HR Associate – Home Care Agency

    Monsey, NY Full time

    An established and growing home care agency is seeking a knowledgeable and reliable HR Associate to support day-to-day human resources functions. The ideal candidate must have prior HR experience within the home care industry, with a strong understanding of regulatory and staffing requirements in this space.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing of home health aides and administrative staff

    • Maintain up-to-date employee records in compliance with DOH requirements

    • Monitor expiring documents, training deadlines, and compliance reports

    • Assist with employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy enforcement

    • Coordinate orientation sessions and ongoing in-service trainings

    • Track attendance, leaves, and related HR metrics

    • Provide day-to-day support to the HR Director and collaborate with the scheduling and nursing teams

    Required Qualifications

    • Previous HR experience in a licensed home care agency (LHCSA) is required

    • Strong understanding of HR compliance in the home care sector

    • Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

    • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Bilingual ( Yiddish) is a plus, but not required
