We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an HR Associate.
In this role, the successful candidate The Human Resources Associate (HRA) will provide comprehensive HR services and support to employees and managers focusing on delivering high-quality customer support, ensuring accurate and timely servicing and processing and assisting in data analysis to improve the employee experience. Handles employee inquiries to the point of resolution ensuring prompt and accurate responses. Serves as back up to various HR disciplines, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR team.

To qualify you must have a Two or more years of college education with at least one year of professional experience in HR or administrative operations. A bachelors degree is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with Internet applications. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and communicate with both internal and external customers. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

NYU Langone Hospital-Suffolk provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $43,200.00 - $62,400.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
