    HR & Billing Coordinator – Immigration Law Firm

    Position Overview: We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented HR & Billing Coordinator to support both human resources and billing operations within our law firm. This hybrid role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about both people management and financial accuracy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Human Resources Functions:

    Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee recordkeeping

    Ensure compliance with employment laws and firm policies

    Coordinate benefits administration and assist with payroll processing

    Support employee relations, performance reviews, and training initiatives

    Billing & Financial Functions:

    Prepare and issue client invoices based on attorney time entries and case activity

    Review billing data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies

    Maintain billing records and assist with collections and reconciliations

    Collaborate with attorneys and accounting team to ensure timely billing

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

    2+ years of experience in HR, billing, or administrative roles—preferably in a legal or professional services environment

    Strong understanding of HR practices and billing procedures

    Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
