    What You’ll Do

    Be a Strategic Partner

    • Partner directly with business leaders to align talent strategies with operational goals.
    • Anticipate challenges, recommend solutions, and keep our teams focused and future ready.
    • Influence decisions with confidence and data-driven insights.

    Drive Talent Acquisition

    • Lead talent acquisition initiatives to identify top industry candidates
    • Support sales and operational strategies by minimizing staff vacancies.
    • Assertively research, engage, and hire top talent via job boards and social media platforms – don’t wait for them to find us, locate and engage high potential candidates
    • Manage end to end employee benefits – from company benefit selection to employee enrollments, support, and maintenance.
    • Identify and recommend benefits that support employee wellbeing while driving company retention
    • Be a benefits guru and a resource for employee benefit inquiries

    Build Talent & Drive Performance

    • Champion performance management, coaching, and employee development programs that drive growth.
    • Identify talent gaps and take the lead on action plans, development pathways, and succession strategies.
    • Energize our leaders with clear, proactive support that helps teams perform at their best through learning and development programs.

    Empower People & Shape Culture

    • Be a go-to advisor for managers and employees—addressing employee relations concerns, solving challenges, navigating change, and strengthening team dynamics.
    • Lead initiatives that drive engagement, belonging, and a resilient, people-first culture.
    • Turn insights into action—using feedback, metrics, and your own observations to drive continuous improvement.

    Take Charge of Benefits Administration

    • Manage end to end employee benefits – from company benefit selection to employee enrollments, support, and maintenance.
    • Identify and recommend benefits that support employee wellbeing while driving company retention
    • Be a benefits guru and a resource for employee benefit inquiries

    Leverage HR Data & Insights

    • Use data to identify trends, build dashboards, and support decisions with real-time workforce intelligence.
    • Present findings that inspire action and help leadership stay agile and informed.
    • Be proficient in managing and manipulating data that communicates to leadership trends in turnover, retention, and engagement.

    Ensure Compliance & Consistency

    • Apply best practices and current employment law to ensure fairness, equity, and compliance across all touchpoints.
    • Lead with integrity and model high standards in every interaction.
    • Assess and mitigate risk in employment practices and decision making
