    A world-class real estate firm is seeking a HR Business Partner to help lead their Property Management team. Leading over 150 Associates across the country, the HR Business Partner will lead talent engagement and attraction and help sustain long-term employee development across all markets. This is a key role, reporting directly to the EVP of HR and will serve as a strategic partner for property management teams across the country.

    Responsibilities

    • Partner with real estate operations team across the county to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies and initiatives to help hire and develop top-tier real estate associates
    • Oversee recruitment, onboarding and training and help implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction
    • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues and work with management team to promote positive employee relations
    • Develop and design tools to ensure talent development from onboarding and throuhgout entire employment lifecycle
    • Analyze workforce needs with Market Leaders and develop strategies to meet those needs
    • Monitor HR metrics and provide data driven insights and support organizational changes and HR strategies

    Requirements

    • Bachelors in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Masters a plus but not required
    • 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experiences with a large corporate setting
    • Hospitality or Real Estate/Commercial Property Management experience a plus but not required
    • Strong understanding of HR policies and employment law
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to travel up to 30%
