    Guidepost Staffing is recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner for a growing organization in Liverpool, NY. This is a temporary position with the potential to become a direct hire for the right candidate. In this role, you'll partner closely with business leaders to support employee relations, talent development, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.

    What You'll Do

    • Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
    • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and policy interpretation.
    • Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning and workforce development.
    • Collaborate with HR leadership on employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
    • Conduct workplace investigations and assist in resolving employee concerns.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
    • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
    • Participate in HR projects and strategic initiatives across the organization.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required (Master's degree preferred).
    • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including employee relations and strategic HR support.
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and performance management.
    • Excellent communication, coaching, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to build strong relationships and influence leaders at all levels of the organization.
    • Experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
    • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
