HR Coordinator Marriott Long Island | Uniondale, NY
620 Rooms | Full-Service Marriott | Union Environment
This Is Not Your Typical HR Coordinator Role
Let's be upfront.
This is one of the largest and busiest hotels in the region.
With over 620 guest rooms, airline business, multiple departments, a unionized workforce, ongoing recruiting needs, employee relations matters, compliance requirements, and daily operational challenges, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being in the middle of the action.
If you are looking for a quiet office job where you process paperwork all day, this is probably not the right opportunity.
If you enjoy solving problems, helping people, staying organized, and being the go-to person on property, keep reading.
