This is not a traditional onboarding role — we’re looking for someone who has been deeply involved in HR-related projects, particularly around systems like Workday, training delivery, and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support HR and Learning & Development projects, ensuring effective implementation and user adoption.
- Develop and deliver internal communications and training materials related to HR systems and initiatives (e.g., Workday modules).
- Serve as the liaison between HR stakeholders and project teams to assess change impacts and ensure smooth rollouts.
- Partner with internal teams to support training delivery — both in-person and virtual — across various employee groups.
- Assist in managing the change journey by helping impacted groups understand how system changes affect their work.
- Support post-implementation efforts such as feedback loops, adoption tracking, and process improvement.
- Work closely with the UK-based HR Change Management lead, while operating in US East or Central time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, ideally in project or change management roles.
- Proven track record in managing or supporting HR and L&D projects (beyond onboarding).
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with comfort speaking across all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms — configuration skills not required, but a working understanding is highly desirable.
- Experience delivering training and building out scalable content for HR and system processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence without authority.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.

- CIPD Level 5+ (especially relevant if experience includes international/UK projects)
- Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner
- APMG Change Management Certification
