BU Hospitality is seeking a proactive and engaging HR Business Partner to be a strategic, innovative Human Resources leader for this locally loved restaurant group. The HRBP will report to the leadership team and will be responsible for partnering with the management team to maintain hiring initiatives, benefits administration, and employee relations duties. Other responsibilities for this role include owning all policy and compliance changes and implementation, creating written materials for policies, communication to staff, and tackling sensitive topics.
