Our manufacturing client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong recruitment and talent management background to support their HR team. You will help with recruiting for their manufacturing operator roles and direct the tactical daily functions of the Human Resources department with a focus on benefits, leadership, culture, and team member relations. This role will report directly to the HR Director. 

This assignment is scheduled for 40hrs/week and is fully onsite at their location in Grand Haven, MI.
