Our team is seeking a customer-focused Route Representative who will collect secure records or boxes from our customers while providing the highest quality customer service. This individual will play a crucial role in being the first point of contact for our clients through meeting all their destruction and storage needs and completing their assigned routes efficiently. We are a close team of hardworking individuals who enjoy working independently and pitching in to help when needed. This position will serve our main location in Grandville, MI.

What you will do:

- Drive our 26-foot box truck or shred truck to multiple customer sites throughout the day and collect secure records or boxes for destruction/storage

- Complete necessary paperwork after each route and ensure accuracy throughout entire process

- Provide the highest quality customer service when interacting with our clients

- Fill-in for other drivers when needed

What we need from you:

- Current CDL-B with air brakes (or willingness to obtain your CDL-B)

- Current DOT medical card

- 2+ years of route driving experience (preferred)

- Good driving record

- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and push/pull wheeled carts up to 300 lbs

- Random drug/alcohol testing and regular background checks

- Available first shift, Monday through Friday

- Ability to work independently and on a team
