    We are seeking a motivated Communications and Administrative Assistant who will handle various administrative tasks including guest reception, meeting scheduling, mail processing, phone support, and event planning, while also providing executive assistance to the President and CFOO. This individual will also help to manage both internal and external communications, website upkeep, social media engagement, and the foundation’s communication strategy.


    What you will do:

    • Provide exemplary customer service and manage front desk operations
    • Assist with schedule management and support for the President and CFOO, including travel and expense tracking
    • Oversee office operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to foundation policies and best practices
    • Organize foundation events, meetings, and special projects, managing all logistical aspects.
    • Serve as a primary contact for trustees, committee members, and professional development coordination
    • Lead the development and execution of external communications, including newsletters, annual reports, and social media content
    • Champion internal communications, fostering team building and a positive office culture
    • Ensure consistent brand representation across all communication channels
    • Support team members with document preparation and formatting for various needs
    • Engage cross-functionally to support foundation operations and uphold our mission
    • Maintain a responsive and respected presence within the community and among foundation members


    Our ideal candidate will have:

    • Minimum of 5+ years in office management/administration
    • Minimum of associate degree from accredited institution
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple demands
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various digital platforms
    • Motivation and passion for exceptional service and the foundation’s mission
